FANNIN COUNTY, Tex. -- A Bonham man has been indicted on charges of improper visual recording after a local mother claims he taped her and her children taking a bath.
Jacob Clyde Eaton, 32, of Bonham was indicted for the crime last Thursday.
The victim says Eaton was a family friend who was letting them bathe in his home a few months ago because their hot water was out.
The woman says Eaton told her boyfriend he had taped her. Then her boyfriend found a hidden camera in Eaton’s bathroom.
Eaton’s next court date is scheduled for mid-August.
