Lake Texoma Lodge deal expected to be completed
MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. -- The Lake Texoma Lodge and the Pointe Vista deal could be complete as soon as September of this year. On August 23, state tourism officials and Pointe Vista officials will meet and finally close on the land that has been in limbo for almost a year.
The deal was for around $300 million, but the project is now estimated at $500 million.
There will be several acres that don't have a clear title, but everything is expected to be finalized within the month.
Pointe Vista should start construction sometime this winter.
