COLBERT - Colbert residents are being asked to control water usage because city officials said they found out the water levels have fallen.

Officials say the water level is now back up to 52 feet. The tower is 100 feet. Normal level is 98.

City officials were out all day Monday looking for a possible leak.

They say there are no contamination problems to worry about.

A new pump should be sent to the city overnight by mail.

In the meantime, officials are urging people to use caution and cut back on water usage.
