DENISON, Tex. – Two men were able to break through the roof of one local business, but police say they didn’t get away with anything
The break-in took place around two o’clock Thursday morning. Police say the alarm sounded at Lucky Stop off FM 1417 and Highway 691.
When police arrived, the suspects were gone, but they had left a big mess for store employees to clean up and around $10,000 in damages.
"You get up on top of the building, and it can draw some attention, but it's just something these people prefer to do," said Mike Eppler of the Denison Police Department .
Police say they are looking for two white men.
