Green formally charged

WYNNEWOOD, Okla. -- A man accused of murdering his wife in broad daylight in April was indicted on Friday.

A judge ruled today that there is enough evidence to try Franklin Cecil Green for the April 10th murder of his wife, Gloria Hunter.

Witnesses say green pulled a gun on Hunter, his wife of just 24 days, then and shot her in downtown Wynnewood.

Authorities say in July, Green made a taped confession to a Wynnewood detective.

Green faces murder and kidnapping charges.
