SHERMAN -- The Texoma Regional Blood Center is doing their part to remember 9/11, while helping the community at the same time.

Officials with the center say they are still critically low on all types of blood, especially O-positive and A-positive.

Those who come by the municipal building to give blood on Tuesday will receive a book looking back at that fateful day in 2001 and a free t-shirt.

Officials say it’s their own way of remembering those who lost their lives.
