GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. -- Grayson County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a Denison man who they say went on a shopping spree with a fraudulent credit card.

Deputies say they found more than $8,500 worth of purchases in the home of 36-year old Christopher Green, including a 48-inch flat screen TV, laptop computer, and even a washer and dryer he had delivered to his house.

Sheriff Keith Gary says Green used someone else's mail and identity to get that card.

Sheriff Gary says Green was arrested on a separate drug charge. His office is still investigating the mail fraud charges.

You have to realize that this is a sick man and he needs help. This is someones brother, someones child, and someone who use to be a good man. Mental illness goes beyond what anyone can understand. This man needs help. He deserves to be punished, just be careful how fast you are to point the finger. You never know when mental illness will affect someone you love. The embarrasment of their actions are unconcievable.

Green should be locked in prison for the rest of his life for what he had done to the victim of this crime.
