Ada fire officials investigating house fire

ADA, OK -- Fire officials are investigating the cause of a house fire in Ada Friday morning.

Fire crews responded to the blaze on East 8th street around 9AM.

Officials say the home owner's son was outside and saw smoke coming from utility room turned bedroom.

No one was injured and the fire was put out quickly, but it caused about $30,000 in damage.

Officials say may have been sparked by 2 old breaker boxes and an outlet box near the room.
