Charges filed in church burglary

DURANT, OK -- Charges for the third suspect in a burglary to a Durant church have been filed.

19-year-old Onis Robertson was charged this week for burglary in the second degree and possessing known stolen property.

20-year old Hannah Kinney and 26-year-old Khyle Emerson were charged earlier on the same counts of burglarizing the First Baptist Church in Durant 2 weeks ago.

All three were arrested the last week of November when Durant police found Hannah Kinney's phone in the Chapel.

The suspects allegedly stole more than $20,000 in musical instruments and supplies and electronic equipment, ranging from flat screen tvs to guitars.

Durant police were able to return each of the items to the church.
