Defense granted continuance in Choctaw County rape case

CHOCTAW COUNTY, OK-- A Choctaw County man will go to trial for first degree rape charges, a little later than originally planned.

According to the court clerk, a lawyer for Hank Williams has asked for a continuance on the case.

A pre-trial conference is now scheduled for December 14th.

36-year-old Williams is facing two charges of first degree rape against a girl under the age of 16.
