HOWE, TX -- A change of plans in the City of Howe Tuesday night.
Under the city's original posted governing board agenda, a closed session was scheduled to discuss Howe Police Chief, John Cherry. But the board then removed the item from the agenda.
Both the Mayor and City Manager refused to comment on the issue or why it was removed.
