HUGO, OK -- Hugo residents could be left high and dry overnight. But the water problems should be fixed by Friday morning.
City Manager Jeff Rabon says the north water tower could not pump any water because of a broken valve and a damaged main line.
He says there's a good chance crews will have to turn off the water to the entire town for a few hours late Friday. Some residents may have low water pressure Saturday morning, but the system should be fixed by morning.
