MACC escapee found in Hugo
ATOKA COUNTY, OK -- The Mack Alford Correctional Center says offender Jason Bales was apprehended in Hugo, Oklahoma around 10:30 Sunday morning. Bales was on the run for about a week.
MACC spokesmen say officers noticed Bales was missing during a routine county around 7:15 a.m. on December 3rd.
Bales is serving a life sentence for first degree murder, in addition to arson and burglary charges.
