Two teens injured, one arrested in Sherman stabbing

SHERMAN, TX -- Sherman Police say a man died Friday night after he was hit by a vehicle in the 2700 block of S. Travis St. around 8:15.
Police say 55-year-old Tommy Leo Beshirs was hit by the vehicle after falling off a gas powered skateboard. Officers say Beshirs was lying in the roadway, possibly unconscious, when he was run over.
Authorities say the 25-year-old driver of the vehicle drove to the police station after the accident.
Police say at this time it does not appear any criminal charges will be filed.
The Criminal Investigation Division assisted in the investigation.
