Some Johnston County residents still without power Wednesday after severe weather

MARSHALL CO., OK-An Oklahoma District Attorney said the state will pursue the death penalty if a Marshall County man accused of killing three people is convicted.
Twenty-two-year-old Joshua Scott is due in district court Wednesday morning for formal arraignment. He's charged with first degree murder.
Deputies said, last summer, Scott confessed to killing Chad Page and stealing his car before picking up Joshua Mahaffey and breaking into 20-year-old Ashleigh Lindsey's home in Kingston. Deputies said Scott gave Mahaffey the gun, who then shot Lindsey then killed himself. Lindsey, who was pregnant, later died.
Tuesday, D.A. Craig Ladd told us his office will pursue capital punishment if they get a conviction.
