WAPANUCKA, OK-Wapanucka city officials plan to meet again on Tuesday night to try and resolve the city's water issues. The city went without water for nearly a week after their spring dried up.

Wednesday night, residents and officials met at the community center for a special meeting. Several people suggested the city connect permanently to Atoka's water supply, but officials said, to do that, they'll need to apply for grants or loans to build a water line.

Oklahoma District 22 State representative, Charles McCall said because it's an emergency, it's possible for Wapanucka to get state funding fast.

If you'd like to attend Tuesday's meeting, it's set for 7 p.m. at the Wapanucka City Hall.
