PLANO, TEXAS -- Country music star Randy Travis is out of the hospital and has been relocated to a physical therapy facility.
Travis was admitted to a hospital July 8th for congestive heart failure. He had a stroke two days later and underwent surgery to relieve pressure on his brain.
Travis's fiancee Mary Davis has released a statement saying, "Thanks to all the fans and friends for your continued prayers and support as Randy continues on the road to recovery."
