Denison man drowns in Red River
Updated: 10:34 PM - BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- A man drowned Monday afternoon in Bryan County Authorities say it is the first drowning in the area this fiscal year.
SHERMAN, TX-A rollover accident shut down a heavily traveled Sherman intersection Tuesday night, but both drivers were able to walk away with just minor injuries.
Around 7:00, police said a truck was headed east on west Park avenue, ran a stop sign and hit a car that was headed north on south Travis. The truck flipped and had to be turned right-side-up by a wrecking crew. Both drivers and a passenger had minor injuries.
The intersection was shut down for about an hour.
