DENISON, TX -- Two fires over the weekend in Denison are being called suspicious.
Denison Fire Marshal, John Weda, says the fire at 630 West Day is suspicious, because there are no utilities connected for the house.
The home is owned by an investment company out of Kilgore, and no one was inside at the time, and the building was destroyed.
Another fire, in the 700 block of Brock Street, only caused minor damage to another vacant house.
Weda says investigators found an ignitable fluid, near the damage.
He also says the address has been the site of criminal mischief before.
If you have any information about either fire, call Denison Fire Department.
