DENISON, TX-TxDOT is asking drivers to use caution along FM-120 as they work to repave the road from Denison to Pottsboro.
Area engineer, David Selman said crews are using a new type of pavement which allows water to seep through, and prevents water from splashing up when it rains. The pavement should extend the life of the road by ten years.
He said they'll stop construction over Memorial Day weekend, but before and after that, drivers should expect lane closures.

"We just ask folks to slow down as this construction is taking place. We're actually be completed with construction in possibly a couple of months so it's actually really a short time project," he said.
