Waurika man accused of inappropriately texing teen
JEFFERSON COUNTY, OK -- The OSBI says a former reserve officer for the city of Ryan is behind bars for inappropriately texting a young girl.
Agents say 42-year-old Robert Gutierrez Jr. has turned himself into the Jefferson County Jail.
He is accused of sending explicit messages to a 15-year-old.
He is being held on a $20,000 dollar bond.
