TIOGA, TEXAS -- A Tioga woman was pronounced dead at the scene of a three-car accident this morning.

Trooper Mark Tackett with DPS says 31 year-old Misty Williams was killed when her car was hit head-on just south of Tioga on 377.

Tackett says Christie Swinney of Celina was driving northbound on the highway, crossed the center line and hit William's car.

Then, another vehicle hit the side of William's car.

Swinney is in critical condition.

The third driver and the passenger, who was in the car with Williams, are both in stable condition.
