Many UPS customers upset about not receiving packages before Christmas

Updated: 12/27/2013 - SHERMAN, TX -- Hundreds of people across the country will not receive their packages until after Christmas. UPS says it is experiencing heaving holiday volume and while its working overtime delivering in all zip codes some customers we spoke with say the company is not doing enough to deliver on their promise.

Man charged with three counts of murder in Marshall Co. tells his side of the story in letter to the judge

Posted: 12/23/2013 - MARSHALL COUNTY, OK -- Johsua Scott is charged with killing Chad Page, Ashleigh Lindsey and her unborn baby in July of 2012. He was sentenced on December 11th to life in prison, but filed a motion to pull his blind plea of "no contest" last week. In a letter to the judge, before his sentencing, he describes in his own words the events leading up to the killings. However, Lindsey's mother says a lot of what Scott claims is false.

Injunction granted in Okla. lawsuit over mandate
