DENISON, TX -- Denison Police arrested two men on Tuesday after they found a large amount of drugs and money in their car. Rashadi Shepard and Arthur Delmast were taken into custody after police received a tip from a confidential informant saying the two men were involved in drug activity.

SHERMAN, TX -- With Christmas only six days away, Santa got a head start Wednesday morning by visiting students at Fred Douglass in Sherman and making their Christmas wishes come true.

COLLIN COUNTY, TX -- A Sherman mother is in jail charged after leaving her two kids in a vehicle on the side of the highway. Margarita Huerta, from Sherman, has been charged with two counts of endangering a child and abandoning a child.

SHERMAN, TX -- An apartment fire in Sherman happened around 8:30 Tuesday morning at the Camelot Apartments in the 2700 block of South Travis Street.

WHITEWRIGHT, TX -- A fire breaks out in a family's home office, and now the State Fire Marshal has been called in to investigate. It happened Monday night on Bethel Cannon Road just off Highway 121. Just a week prior, firefighters were called out to the same home for a vehicle fire.

DENISON, TX -- Denison city leaders are moving forward with plans for a new library. Monday night the council authorized the Pro Forma architectural firm to design a new building. Officials say the plans would cost about $39,000.

Ardmore Toys for Tots say they are still thousands of toys short of their goal, and organizers fear several hundred kids in Carter County may not even get gifts this Christmas.

WHITEWRIGHT, TX -- Communication just got easier for Whitewright Emergency Management Services. The department just bought a brand new digital radio system thanks to a $9,000 grant from Ash Grove Cement Company.

CELINA, TX -- The Celina Police Department has moved. Officers moved into 501 Pecan Street over the weekend and opened the doors on Monday.

GRAYSON COUNTY, TX -- Grayson County residents now have a choice when it comes to air-ambulance subscriptions. Commissioners voted on Monday to allow grand prairie-based "Careflite" to sell memberships for its emergency helicopter transport services.

DURANT, OK -- The man police say admitted to shooting a Durant man last week has been questioned and released. Authorities say Tres Tinsley, 23, shot Faron Wright, 20, at Tinsley’s home.

MUSKOGEE, OK -- The second man whom authorities say was involved in the robbery of the Grandy’s restaurant in Ardmore in June plead guilty in court Monday morning.

SHERMAN, TX -- School attendance zones in the Sherman Independent School District could be changing after this year. School board members are set to vote Monday night on new zones.
