Man arrested in Pottsboro arson case

GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. -- State Fire Marshals have been called in to investigate a possible arson north of Pottsboro. The remains of the house on Cedar Oak were still smoldering Monday after fire destroyed the house late Friday night.

Families settle in Jozwiak lawsuit

SHERMAN, Tex. -- The families of the victims of one ofthe worst accidents in Grayson County history have settled their lawsuit against truck driver Miroslaw Jozwiak and the company he worked for after he slammed into two cars along U.S. Highway 75 in Sherman in a 2005 accident that killed 10 people and injured two others.
