Arson spree in Carter Co.

WILSON, Okla. -- Firefighters in Carter County have been busy over the past two weeks, fighting fires they believe were intentionally set. As of Monday, several homes and trailers houses, along with an old Head Start building right next to the Wilson Elementary School, have been the target of what authorities believe to be the work of an arsonist.

Funeral services set for Sherman soldier

SHERMAN -- Funeral services are now set for Sherman soldier Braden Long, 19, who was killed in Iraq on Saturday. Family members say funeral services for long are set for August 19th at the Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman. Long will be escorted back to the states by his brother, who is also serving in the Air Force in Germany.

Water main break in Ardmore

ARDMORE, Okla. -- Some residents in Ardmore were temporarily left high and dry on Friday morning because of two water main breaks. The public works authority says a six inch and twelve inch main broke at around two o'clock Friday morning. The smaller main broke off Commerce and Maxwell Street.
