Mullinix was released from Bryan Co. Jail prior to murder

Posted: 06/05/2007 - DURANT, Okla. -- Bryan County authorities are investigating why Bobby Don Mullinix, who is being charged with the murder of Tristan Ace York, was released from the Bryan County Jail. Mullinix was freed on bond May 23rd after he was arrested on a fugitive warrant issued out of Texas May 22nd. Oklahoma court records show Mullinix was convicted of rape in March.
