PART TIME PRODUCER/EDITOR 3/2/12
KXII-TV has an immediate opening for a part time producer in our Sherman newsroom. This position is responsible for assembling video content and producing for our evening and late newscasts. This position requires the ability to write for broadcast and web, edit video using non-linear programs such as Sony Vegas. The position is part time. We are looking for someone to join an experienced and tight-knit team already in place. Knowledge of electronic news gathering and non-linear editing required for this position. A degree in a related field is preferred. A good driving record, valid driver’s license and the ability to pass drug screening is required.
