PUSHMATAHA COUNTY, OK - A 70-year old, Fort Towson woman was killed in a car accident Monday evening, after the car she was traveling in, struck a vehicle parked on the highway.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say, Beulah O'Neal was riding in the passenger seat, down State Highway 3 in Rattan around 7:50 when the vehicle collided with a stopped pickup truck.
Troopers say the driver of the truck was improperly parked, picking up a deer on the side of the road, hit during an earlier accident.
That driver was not injured.
