8-5-05 – A man impaled by a metal pipe fence died late Thursday night in Bryan County after losing control of his pickup truck.
Jeremy Malone, 22, was driving around a curve on Sulphur Springs Road south of Bennington and ran off the road colliding with the fence.
Malone was pronounced dead at Southeastern Oklahoma Medical Center.
Two passengers were also in the truck but were not hurt.
Investigators say alcohol may have been involved with this accident.
