OSU Player Arrested

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) - Oklahoma State running back Shawn
Willis is free on bail after being arrested for burglary.

Willis was arrested early yesterday. He's accused of breaking
into the home of his former girlfriend, damaging a bedroom door and
threatening another person who was in the home.

Willis did not attend a team meeting or practice later yesterday. Coach Mike Gundy says he hasn't spoken with police and can't comment.

Willis started 12 games last season and carried the ball 39 times for 175 yards and four touchdowns. He's considered one of the best blockers on the team.

9 players have been kicked off the team or left voluntarily since Gundy took over last winter.
