Muskogee Woman Accused of Leaving A Child in Car
8-25-05 - A Muskogee woman is accused of leaving her almost 2-year-old granddaughter in a car while she played slot machines.
Loretta Webb was arrested at the Creek Nation Travel Plaza after police broke a car window to rescue the 23-month-old girl. Police say the girl had been in the car for about 45 minutes and was very sweaty, but appears to be in OK.
