9-6-05 - Marshall County authorities say they were one inmate short on a headcount Monday morning, but they aren't talking much about the escape.
KXII started getting phone calls and emails Monday about an inmate who walked away from the Marshall County Jail on Sunday, but Tuesday morning the sheriff said he didn't know exactly when Arvil Lee Price walked away. Apparently he escaped on Sunday from the exercise yard.
Price was in jail on drug charges and is still on the run as of early Tuesday Morning. They believe he now is out of the immediate area and they are investigating whether or not he still is in the state.
