LOVE CO, OK-The Love County District Attorney's Office will be prosecuting more than 20 people believed to be involved in human trafficking.

Assistant District Attorney, Tim Burson, said the crimes were allegedly performed within the county. Each suspect will be facing charges for pandering, prostitution and using a computer to violate Oklahoma statutes.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics made the arrests within three days with suspects coming from Oklahoma City, all the way down to Dallas. Investigators also identified two victims of human trafficking and they have been placed in protective custody.

"People have been more aware of this in the recent years and more states are cracking down on it," said Burson.

Burson said all 20 suspects in this case are due back in court June 11th for a status hearing. OBN's investigation is still ongoing.
