Ada police arrest man for taking indecent photos

ADA, OK - An Ada man is accused of using his cell phone to take pictures under a woman's skirt while at Walmart.

47-year-old Donald Dwayne Stockton was taken into custody Wednesday on suspicion of using photographic equipment to view private areas of a person.

The charges relate to a June 1 incident at the Walmart Super Center in Ada.

Stockton is out of jail on a $1,000 bond and forbidden to contact the victim.

Records show in 1996, Stockton pleaded guilty to indecent exposure.
