ARDMORE, OK - Ardmore is speaking a universal language to attract new businesses.
The Ardmore Development Authority is paying a fifty thousand dollar bonus to growing technology companies who move to Ardmore.
The small businesses must have received one government research grant and apply for a second.
They must also have emerging technology that fits with the kind of companies the city is trying to attract.
Wes Stucky, Ardmore Development Authority president and CEO, said the incentive should bring better jobs to the area.
"With technology based companies and the talent that comes with it, you're creating an atmosphere for continued growth," Stucky said.
So far three companies have received the incentive.
