CARTER COUNTY, OK - A Texoma man injured in an ATV accident a month ago has died from his injuries.

OHP tells us 30-year-old Joseph Bailey of Ardmore was on an ATV about 2 miles south of Gene Autry when he lost control on loose gravel and overturned.

He spent the last month at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, where he passed away this past weekend.
