VAN ALSTYNE, TX -- Authorities say they have issued an arrest warrant for the driver who hit a Grayson County Sheriff's Detective in his SUV last week.

Deputies say they know who the man is but they are not releasing his name. They say he rammed the detective's vehicle on Durham Road west of Pilot Grove then took off.

'Deputies say they know who the man is but they are not releasing his name.' 'Investigators say they are still searching for the suspect and ask if you know where he is to call authorities.' Seems to me that there would be a much greater possibility that someone might notify authorities of his whereabouts if they decided to release the suspects name...duh!

I will surely keep my eye out for the un-named suspect. If I knew what he/she looked like it might make he/she easier to find.

Ok, they know who he is, but they are not releasing his name. But, if you know where he is, call? This has got to be the worst written article I've ever read.
