Gunter officer recognized

GUNTER, TX-A Gunter police officer was recognized by a national organization Tuesday for cracking down on DWI's in their city.
Mothers Against Drunk Driving recognized Officer Kyle Peck with the DWI enforcement award at Monday's city council meeting.
Peck had specialized training and a 100-percent conviction rate over the past 2 years.
Officer Peck's father, Ron Peck received the award on his behalf and was joined by MADD representative Ron Barton and Gunter Police Chief Bryce Kennedy.
