CALERA, OK-An affidavit reveals why a Calera woman may have shot her ex-husband Tuesday night.
It stated that Cathy Weger told a sheriff's deputy she shot Steve Weger with a shotgun in his home Tuesday night because he was sharpening something to use on her. She told deputies there'd been a long, ongoing altercation between the two.
Steve Weger died at the scene.
No charges have been filed against Cathy Weger.
