ADA, OK--An Ada pharmacy tech accused of murder was bound over for formal arraignment yesterday.
A Pontotoc county judge found probable cause to charge 20 year-old Zebakiah Nemecek. Nemecek is accused of selling prescription drugs to 20-year old Kase Harris who died from an overdose.
Nemecek is charged with 1st degree murder and grand larceny of a controlled substance. His next court date is set for August 30th.
