Judge finds probable cause for pharmacy tech accused of murder

ADA, OK--An Ada pharmacy tech accused of murder was bound over for formal arraignment yesterday.

A Pontotoc county judge found probable cause to charge 20 year-old Zebakiah Nemecek. Nemecek is accused of selling prescription drugs to 20-year old Kase Harris who died from an overdose.

Nemecek is charged with 1st degree murder and grand larceny of a controlled substance. His next court date is set for August 30th.

    I think that all the people that abuse drugs make the decision to abuse the drug on their own and that shoud be considered to be a decision made by that person and put on no one else but that person. So if you make that decision to O.D. that is some thing they did to their self at their on will. come on people stop blaming everything on someone else. we are adults.

    hello people!!! I dont think the pharmacy tech put the pills down the mans throat, the man took them on his own and he is considered a adult so that is his business. if you get the pharmacy tech then you should get the company that made the drug also because if the drug wasnt ever made the pharmacy tech couldnt give them to the guy and then there would be no dead person.
