GRAYSON CO, TX-A Justin man has been indicted for trying to steal lottery tickets from several Denison convenience stores.
Thirty-year-old Marcus Hart was charged with two counts of burglary, robbery and evading an officer with a vehicle. Assistant district attorney, Kerye Ashmore said Hart tried to steal lottery tickets at the C-Stop Convenience Store on 691 in January when the clerk and a witness stopped him, leading to his arrest. Ashmore said just a week before that incident, Hart also tried to steal lottery tickets from another store.
An arraignment date has not been set.
