MARSHALL COUNTY, OK - A man, witnesses said, was running down the street naked and starting fights with neighbors was taken into custody by Marshall County authorities Wednesday.

Sheriff Ed Kent said he believes the man was high on a synthetic drug known as bath salt.

Kent said it took multiple officers to control the man. Once they got him to jail, authorities called an ambulance to transport the man to a local hospital. Kent said a drug overdose is a medical issue and not always a criminal issue.

No charges are being filed and his name is not being released. No word on the man's condition.

Witnesses said they have never seen the man in the area before.
