MADILL, OK-A man was hit by a car in Marshall county Wednesday night and another arrested.
Authorities said a 40-year-old man was injured after he was hit by a vehicle just outside of Madill around 9:00 p.m. They said the victim got into an fight with another man on Highway 70 near Smiley road, who allegedly then got into a vehicle and hit the victim.
OHP, Marshall co sheriff's deputies and Madill police were all on scene, the 40-year old was flown to a hospital and the driver was arrested.
The victim's condition is unknown and no names have been released.
