Millsap appears in court

ARDMORE, OK-A jury trial for a Carter County man charged with first degree murder will resume Tuesday.

Thirty-five year old Tommy Millsap appeared in court Monday morning. He was accused of shooting and killing Toby Albin in March after the two got into an argument at his home on Clover Lane in Ardmore.

Millsap's family said he was acting in self defense.
