More West Nile cases reported in Grayson Co.

GRAYSON COUNTY, TX - The number of Grayson County residents infected with the West Nile Virus continues to grow.

The Grayson County Health Department says a 48-year-old Denison man and a 27-year-old Sherman woman are the latest cases, both diagnosed with West Nile Fever. That brings the total number of West Nile cases in Grayson County to 13.

The health department says they're shipping more trapped mosquitoes to Texas A&M today for testing. Previous tests showed about 10% of mosquitoes trapped in Grayson County were positive for West Nile.
