Mother of Marshall Co. man involved in shootings facing charges
MADILL, OK-The mother of a Marshall county man who authorities said murdered his pregnant girlfriend, then killed himself, is also facing criminal charges.
Emanda Mahaffey was arrested for harboring a fugitive from justice. Marshall County Undersheriff Donny Raley said she intentionally hid her son, Joshua Mahaffey, from law enforcement.
Raley said Joshua Mahaffey and a friend, Joshua Scott, broke into Ashleigh Lindsey's Kingston home two weeks ago. Mahaffey shot her, then himself.
Emanda Mahaffey has been released on $15,000 bond.
