A Moderate to Enhanced risk for severe storms has been issued for Texoma. Storms look to become strong to severe and will be firing up around 11am. Primary threats include heavy rainfall leading to flooding, large hail, damaging winds, and an isolated tornado is possible as well but chances aren't very high.
