Pedestrian suffers minor injuries after hit by car

ARDMORE, OK - A pedestrian in Ardmore suffered minor injuries after being hit by a car Thursday afternoon.

The accident happened around 3:45 p.m. near the 12th St. and Washington Ave. intersection.

Sergeant Ryan Hunnicutt said the pedestrian was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital Ardmore.

Hunnicutt said the injuries are minor and confirms the pedestrian was an adult.
