Pharmacy tech accused of murder in court for preliminary hearing
ADA, OK - An Ada pharmacy tech accused of murder was in court for a preliminary hearing Thursday afternoon.
20-year-old Zebakiah Nemecek is charged with first degree murder and larceny of a controlled substance.
He allegedly sold prescription drugs to 20-year-old Kase Harris who died from an overdose last November.
Nemecek is currently out of jail on a $150,000 bond.
No word yet on his next court date.
